Results and analysis of prenatal health examination in Yingquan district of Fuyang from 2013 to 2017

Objective To analyze the results of pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination in Yingquan District of Fuyang city in the past five years,find out the existing problems and explore the direction of future efforts.Methods The examination data from2013 to 2017 were exported from the information management system of the national free pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination program,and the detection of high-risk population and the pregnancy outcome of the population during the year were analyzed.Results In the past five years,44 446 pre-pregnancy eugenics were examined in Yingquan district,7936 high-risk people were detected,with a high risk rate of 17.86 %. It showed an increasing trend year by year by statistical test(P<0.001). Among them,the high risk rate of women was 12.56 %. It was higher than that of men(5.30 %). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The pregnancy test has obvious seasonality. January-February of each year is the peak period of pregnancy test,and 2/3 of the test tasks of the whole year are completed in these 2 months. In 2013-2017,the average pregnancy rate was 27.43 %,and the average incidence of birth defects was 7.87 ‰. There was no regular trend in the incidence of birth defects in the past five years(P>0.05).Conclusion Pre-pregnancy eugenic health check-up is of great significance in reducing birth defects and improving the quality of the birth population However,there are also problems,such as cluster check-up and low pregnancy rate. The Priorities for the next step is to identify the target population,arrange the examination time with various measures,improve the quality of follow-up,and open a green referral channel in conjunction with the general hospital to achieve the goal of prenatal eugenics examination.
