Influence of new social media health education for awareness and satisfaction of knowledge of child nursing and health care

Objective To probe into the influence of new social media health education for awareness and satisfaction of knowledge of child nursing and health care.Methods 351 cases of children underwent the health education through the new social media in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group, 329 children without new social media health education in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as control group. The two groups were given new social media education and general education respectively. Then, the awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of child nursing and health care knowledge of two groups of Guardians were observed and counted.Results The awareness rate of nursing knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (96.30% >82.98%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The health education through new social media can significantly improve the awareness and satisfaction of child nursing and health care knowledge, thus it can be applied in clinical nursing.
