Abstract
Objective To study the ultrasonographic findings and diagnostic value of abdominal wall incision endometriosis after abdominal gynecologic surgery. Methods Ultrasonographic features and diagnostic value of 20 patients with e abdominal wall incision endometriosis after gynecologic and obstetric surgery treated in our hospital in October 2016 to October 2017 were analyzed. Results The accuracy of ultrasonic examination was 95%. A total of 20 masses were found in the middle abdominal incision of 20 patients. The ultrasound of these masses showed irregular mass, inhomogeneous hypoechoic, clear or unclear boundary, without envelope echo and burr like growth. There were no blood flow signals in 15 cases of masses, 5 cases of masses had a little blood flow signal and peripheral blood flow signals. Conclusion The diagnosis of endometriosis in the incision of abdominal wall after gynecology and obstetrics operation can be made clearly by ultrasonic examination and combining with the history of the patient. It is of great significance to clarify the clinical focus, and in the process of diagnosis, the patient is noninvasive, the operation is simple, and the examination can be repeated. The advantages of the examination are more obvious. It is the first choice for the patients.
