Abstract
Outpatient service is an important part of a hospital, whether the outpatient service process is convenient and safe will directly affect the quality, time limit and satisfaction of the patients visits to the hospital. Using mobile Internet technology, a whole set of procedures were designed for re-engineering from registration, drug collection, outpatient medical record writing, prescription writing and examination results, which reduced patient waiting time and improved patient efficiency and satisfaction.
