Abstract
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing mode on breast feeding rate. Methods 300 pregnant women were randomly divided into the observation group (150 cases) and the control group (150 cases). The control group was given routine pregnancy health education. In the observation group, the antenatal breast nursing and breast feeding knowledge were given on the basis of the control group, and the pregnant women were given breast feeding instruction and breast massage nursing during hospitalization. Breast feeding support system and related psychological nursing were established after discharge. The breast-feeding rate, breast-feeding compliance and the incidence of mastitis were observed. Results After breast nursing guidance, breast feeding instruction and breast massage nursing during pregnancy and delivery, and establishment of breast feeding support system and related psychological nursing after discharge, the breast feeding rate increased from 48. 67 to 80.67 at 7 days postpartum. The exclusive breast-feeding rate increased from 74. 67% to 92.00% in 3 months postpartum and from 43.33% to 78. 00% in 6 months postpartum. There was statistically significant difference. Conclusion Deepening the concept of service centered on maternal and family, implementing the model of continuous breast-feeding guidance, solving the problems encountered in breastfeeding, and correcting the backward methods can further improve the success rate of breast-feeding. The characteristics of perinatal specialty and the development of high-quality nursing service are worthy of clinical promotion.
