Clinical retrospective analysis of 606 cases with premature rupture of membranes

  • Objective To explore the high risk factors and delivery modes of premature rupture of membranes, and the effects of premature rupture of membranes on the pregnancy outcomes. Method The clinical data of 606 patients with premature rupture of membranes admitted to the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from February 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. At the same time, 200 pregnant women without premature rupture of membranes were selected as the control group.Pregnancy complication of, delivery modes and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Result ①There were statistically significant differences in reproductive tract infections, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, history of uterus and the cervical surgery, high intrauterine pressure between the two groups (P<0.05). ② The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was 67.82%, and lower than that in the control group.
