Meta analysis of correlation between dyeing hair and premature ovarian failure

Objective To investigate whether dyeing hair is an important factor to premature ovarian failure.Methods Searched the Pub Med, Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), VIP journal resources integration service platform (VIP), Wanfang Digital Journals of Chinese Medical Association (Wan Fang), Chinese CNKI database (CNKI), retrieved from the database until Jun 2017, retrieved the literature about dyeing hair associated with the premature ovarian failure. Adopted the qualified randomized controlled trial (RCTs), evaluated the quality of the included literature according to the evaluation standard of Cochrane Handbook 5.0.Meta analysis of data in literature was done by Comprehensive Meta-Analysis V2 software.Results P>0.00001 (P=0.439), I²=0, OR=3.935, 95%CI 2.744-5.642, Z value of the hypothesis test on the overall effect is 7.450 and P<0.000 01 (P=0).Conclusion Hair Coloring is promoting factors of premature ovarian fail.
