Abstract
Objective To ensure maternal and newborn safety, reduce maternal and infant mortality and improve the quality of obstetric care.Methods Precision management of obstetric quality was carried out through the integration of obstetric resources, paying close attention to system construction, improving the incentive mechanism and strengthening personnel training.Results The average childbirth of the General Aviation Hospital in 2015-2018 was 4270 cases. The caesarean section rate was 25.78%. The rescue success rate of critical maternity was 99.5%. The incidence of neonatal asphyxia was 3.1%. The perinatal mortality rate was 0.47‰. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.5%. The incidence of eclampsia was 0.2%. Aviation General Hospital successfully passed the expert group inspection of administrative department and upgraded to a third-level midwifery hospital.Conclusions It is an effective management measure of improving obstetric quality by constructing obstetric management system, updating the work requirements, strengthening the high-risk maternal management and other fine management measures.
