Analysis of Obstetrics quality inKaramay People's Hospital from 2011 to 2018

Objective Through analyzing the indicators and data from 2011-2018 of obstetrical quality in Karamay People's Hospital,in order to reflect the obstetrical service level and to provide basis for the improvement of service quality. Method The related indicators and data from 2011 ~ 2018 in the obstetrics department of Karamay People's Hospital were statistically analyzed.Result In the last 8 years,the average rate of cesarean section was 48. 68%. The rate of natural delivery rate was 51. 29%. From 2011 to 2016,the average rate of caesarean section decreased,while the natural delivery rate increased year by year. However,with the opening of the two-child policy,the cesarean section rate rebounded and the natural delivery rate decreased in 2017. From 2011 to 2018,the incidence of macrosomia declined to 12. 06% and the birth asphyxia rate increased to 2. 22%. The screening rate of neonatal genetic metabolic diseases was 76. 75%,and the neonatal hearing screening rate was 77. 3%,which showed an upward trend year by year. The perinatal mortality rate was 0. 46 ‰,showing a downward trend. The perinatal mortality rate was 0. 46%,showing a downward trend. Postpartum hemorrhage is the main complication of maternal delivery Postpartum hemorrhage was the main complication of maternal delivery,showing an upward trend.Conclusion Overall,the quality in obstetric and hospital is satisfactory.It is necessary to take effective measures to control improve neonatal resuscitation technology,and further improve the quality of obstetrics in our hospital.
