Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of health education combined with personalized behavioral intervention on pregnancy compliance, gestational weight and blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods A total of 80 cases of GDM patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups by random number method with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional GDM health education and nursing intervention, while the observation group focused on strengthening personalized behavioral intervention, focusing on the intervention of patients' psychology, nutrition, exercise, blood sugar and return visits on the basis of the control group.,The gestational weight and blood glucose indexes of patients before and after the intervention were measured, and the satisfaction rate of patients with the intervention was investigated and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the gestational weight, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose before intervention (P > 0. 05). However, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after intervention (P< 0. 05). The compliance and satisfaction rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P< 0. 05).Conclusion Intensive health education combined with personalized behavioral intervention in GDM patients can improve patient compliance, effectively control the weight gain during pregnancy, and better improve the blood glucose index of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
