Abstract
Objective To understand the impact of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) outbreak on the cognition,practices and psychology among pregnant women and parents of children,so as to providie references to formulate targeted health education measures.Methods From 6 March to 27 February 2020,a network questionnaire survey was conducted among 2559 pregnant women and parents of children aged 0-6 years old by using Heathy Family App.Results The total awareness rate of prevention knowledge about COVID-19 was 88.0%. Respondents mainly accessed prevention knowledge through radio and/or television(43.5%),network(41.3%),medical staff(during antenatal examination or consultation)(34.2%). 24.7% of the respondents had anxiety during the pandemic. The causes of anxiety included being anxiety and panic about the pandemic situation(70.1%),can not go out(63.8%),nothing to do(37.3%),and communication difficulties of family members(22.1%). The main measures taken were wearing masks at all times outside(93.4%),washing hands frequently(90.5%),and staying indoor most of the time(90.2%). 70.3% of pregnant women,20.2% of parents of children and 67.1% of them are both pregnant women and parents of children have had prenatal examination or taken children for child health service in the past month.Conclusion Pregnant women and parents of children have good prevention knowledge and protective ability of COVID-19. However,they still have some psychological anxieties. There is still a need for a variety of forms to carry out health education,popularize knowledge of epidemic prevention,and provide targeted psychological guidance.
