Abstract
Objective To investigate the age distribution, infection pattern and susceptible genotypes of human papillomavius(HPV) infected patients in Luoyang,so as to provide the reference basis for the epidemiological study of HPV infection and the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in this areas. Methods Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR),was used to detect 21 kinds of HPV genotypes in 2416 cervical exfoliated cell samples from May 2019 to November 2019.Results Of the 2416 cases,495 were infected with HPV,with an infection rate of 20.49%. Among them, the infection rate of women over 60 years old was the highest(32.43%). Followed by the infection rate of 51-60 group(28.76%),and third was the infection rate of younger than 30 group(21.31%). Single HPV infection and multiple HPV infection were observed in 358 cases and 137 cases, with the infection rate was 72. 32% and 27. 68%,respectively. Up to six infections can be detected. 21 genotypes were detected, and HPVl6、HPV 52、HPV53、HPV58、HPV39 were the five genotypes with the highest detection rates. Conclusion The HPV infection tends to infect the younger females, and the study shows a “U”shaped distribution of age-specific prevalence of HPV. The most common pattern is the single infection. The most common four genotypes of HPV infection are HPVl6,HPV52,HPV53,HPV58 and HPV39.Prevalence and genotyping of HPV infection have regional characteristics.
