Analysis of pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination results in Licheng district of Jinan,from 2017 to 2018

Objective To analyze the results of the national free pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination project and pregnancy outcomes in Licheng District of Jinan from 2017 to 2018,so as to provide the basis for the scientific development of Pre-pregnancy health services.Methods A total of 9806 people who participated in the pre-pregnancy physical examination from 2017 to 2018 were taken as the research objects. The abnormal physical examination results,high-risk incidence and follow-up pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Results The positive rates of medical history inquiry,routine physical examination,reproductive system examination,urinary routine and liver function test were higher in male and female co-examinations. The positive rate of blood routine,thyroid function,leucorrhea routine and blood glucose were higher in the items examined by the woman alone. The high risk rate was 8.65%,the incidence of pregnancy outcomes was 9.89%,and the normal live birth rate was 88.06%,birth defect rate was 0.16%,adverse pregnancy outcome rate was 11.94%.Conclusion Detailed medical history collection and correct laboratory examination are the basis to ensure the quality of risk assessment. The incidence of pregnancy outcomes is low,and the target population for pre-pregnancy screening is inaccurate,which should be paid attention to.
