Abstract
Objective To analyze the positive detection rate of anti-HCV and its Epidemiological characteristics among childbearing age women,so as to provide a basis for the development of prevention and treatment measures. Methods A total of 191494 women in Guangdong women and children hospital from 2013 to 2017 were selected as the research objects. Anti-HCV was detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent experiment. Results A total of 433 cases of anti-HCV antibody positive were detected and the detection rate was 0. 23%. The rates of positive anti-HCV in women at age of 16-19,20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44 and 45-49 years groups was 0.19%,0.15%,0.14%,0.22%,0.41%,0.48% and 0.62%,respectively. There was statistically significant difference among the different age groups(χ2= 121. 4,P<0.01). With the increase of age,the positive rate increased significantly(Trend χ2= 95.35,P<0.01). The detection rate remained at around 0.23% from 2013 to 2017. There were no significant differences in the positive rate among the different years and seasons(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive detection rate of antiHCV among childbearing age women in Guangzhou maintained a stable state. Age is the influencing factor. The comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken in combination with epidemiological characteristics
