Study on the implementation method and effect evaluation of integrated management of vaccination and child health care

Objective To explore the management of vaccination and child health care in order to improve the safety of vaccination and early childhood disease screening rate.Methods The data of 14,989 children received vaccination in the preventive health department of a hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were collected. All the above children were screened for vaccine contraindications and standardized physical examinations before vaccination.Results Within five years, there was no adverse reaction of vaccination among children managed by the integration of vaccination and child care in the outpatient department of this hospital.Simultaneously, the early detection rates of childhood diseases were relatively high.Conclusion The integrated management of vaccination and child health care can effectively improve the safety of vaccination, Improve children's compliance and efficiency in receiving health examination, s and improve the early screening rates of childhood diseases.
