Exploration and practice of quality Management method in 2W2H Hospital based on “One driver & Three cycle”

Objective To combine the characteristics of "One driver & Three cycle" management mode, analyze the feasibility of hospital 2W2H quality management method, and explore the technical path according to the method characteristics of 2W2H hospital management, so as to provide references for the application of 2W2H in hospital quality management.Methods Based on the mode of "One driver & Three cycle", the 2W2H management method was introduced and applied to the management of labor analgesia. The data of 5197 parturients who delivered naturally in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to their choice of delivery intervention, they were divided into analgesia group(n= 3188)and non-analgesia group(n= 2009).Results By using the 2W2H hospital quality management method of "One driver & Three cycle", the pain problem of parturient and the quality of obstetrical service were improved.Conclusion Due to improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital, the functional departments at all levels apply 2W2H management method to carry out continuous quality improvement according to existing problems and expected objectives.
