Analysis of the influence of plasma D-dimer,erythrocyte distribution width and other biochemical indexes on the severity of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy

  • Objective To explore the application value of detecting blood biochemical indicators, such as plasma D-dimer,erythrocyte distribution width, in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy. Method 722 pregnant womenwho were diagnosed with hypertension during pregnancy and delivered in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University fromJanuary 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research group, and 817 normal pregnant women who delivered in the same hospitalduring the same period were selected as the control group. The data was retrospectively analyzed to monitor and compare the differencesin blood biochemical indicators, such as pregnant women's red blood cell distribution width(RDW-CV), D-dimer, and free estriol(uE3) Mom value in different urine protein level subgroups. Result The level of platelets(PLT), serum calcium(Ca2+),hematocrit(HCT), hemoglobin(HB), serum uE3 mom and total protein(TP) in the blood of pregnant women in research group weresignificantly lower than those in control group(P< 0. 001), and the reduced amount was parallel to the severity of urine protein inhypertension during pregnancy; the differences among each urine protein subgroup were statistically significant(P< 0. 001); thevalues of D-dimer, alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in research group were significantly higherthan those in control group(P< 0. 001), there was also a parallel relationship between the increased amount of each index and theseverity of urine protein level; the differences between each urine protein subgroup were statistically significant(P< 0. 001); theRDW-CV differences between urine protein subgroups were not statistically significant(P> 0. 05).Conclusion Levels of D-dimer,PLT, Ca levels, red blood cell parameters, liver function indicators, and serum uE3 in pregnancy with hypertension changedsignificantly with the progression of the disease, which has significance on clinical guidance for the prediction, diagnosis and treatmentof hypertension in pregnancy.
