Abstract
Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection is a major public health problem worldwide,which threatens physical and mental health of patients seriesly. China is high prevalence area of HBV,and pregnant women are generally susceptible. Mother-to-child transmission(MTCT) is the main route for children to be infected with HBV in their early stage. Comprehensive intervention of preventing MTCT of HBV deserves to pay more attention. Through literature reviews,this paper summarized the intervention strategies and their effects of preventing MTCT of HBV in order to provide evidence for improving comprehensive approaches to the prevention and treatment of MTCT of HBV in China.
