Practice exploration of women’s and children’s specialty alliance and graded diagnosis and treatment model

  • To investigate the specific methods and effects of constructing women & children' s specialty alliance and regional graded diagnosis & treatment model by the West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University from the perspective of 3 types of medical alliances: specialist alliance, special disease alliance and remote collaboration network. The article summarized problems existing in the the process of constructing medical consortium within the specialized hospital for women and children, including poor transfer channels for patients, lacking of admission capacity in alliance hospitals, and lacking of information connection in the alliance.The corresponding solutions were proposed, including government-led in-depth integration, creating two-way referral green channels,improving grassroots technology and information connection, etc., so as to provide references for promoting sustainable development of medical alliance in the specialized hospital.
