Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention based on the focused solution model on the mental health and postpartum recovery of primiparas during cesarean section. Methods Totally 120 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January to December 2019 were recruited. They were divided into control group and intervention group by random number method, with 60 cases in each group. Women in control group received routine nursing care, and the intervention group received psychological nursing intervention based on the focused solution model plus routine care. The differences of mental health pre and post nursing, postpartum recovery and satisfaction after nursing care were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P< 0. 05). Hospital stay, first time to get out of bed, first time to exhaust and the amount of vaginal bleeding within 24 hours of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0. 05). Overall nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 93. 33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73. 33%)(χ2= 8. 64,P< 0. 001). Conclusion Psychological intervention based on the focused solution model can significantly alleviate mental health of the primipara, reduce their psychological pressure, accelerate postpartum recovery, and improve their nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
