Implementation and thinking of quality control of cervical and breast cancer examination in Jiangsu Province

The project of cervical and breast cancer examination among women was initiated in 2009 in Jiangsu Province. The entire process involves numerous steps. Scientific and standardized quality control is the key to ensuring the effects of the project. A comprehensive quality control of cervical and breast cancer examination was carried out in 2020. This article elaborates the quality control operation at Jiangsu province including organization, implementation and quality control results. Based on the analysis of quality control results, suggestions on the project management and quality control were put forward in order to improve the quality of project implementation.
