Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological and behavioral intervention on patients with threatened abortion. Methods A total of 82 patients with threatened abortion who were admitted to Chaozhou People's Hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were recruited. They were divided into two groups(routine care group and intervention group) according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. Kinds of scales were used to compare and analyze the psychological state, psychological pressure, social support and fetal protection pre-and post-intervention between two groups. Results Scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depressive scale(SDS), pressure perception scale(PSS), and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) between 2 groups were not different significantly before intervention(all P>0.05). After intervention, scores of SAS、SDS、PSS of intervention group were lower than those of the control group,(39.35±6.13) vs.(48.64±6.32),(40.38±6.69) vs.(49.63±7.41), and(14.42±5.17) vs.(19.58±5.43) respectively. But SSRS score of intervention group was higher than that of the control group(47.95±10.33) vs.(31.07±8.87), the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The rate of miscarriages preservation of the intervention group(92.68%) was higher than that of the control group(75.61%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention can relieve the negative emotions of patients with threatened abortion, reduce their psychological pressure, and improve their social support, which is conducive to the success of miscarriage prevention.
