The exploration and practice of the handheld application mode of “medical certificate of birth” in Hangzhou

This study introduced handheld application mode of “medical birth certificate” in Hangzhou, and elaborated the concept of this mode, the construction and integration of information system, and the pilot operation in detail. Up to December 2020, 82.15% of the puerpera in Hangzhou chose to use handheld application. The sense of gain and satisfaction of the masses have been improved, and this model has achieved good results.
