Experience and thinking of maternal health management under Corona Virus 2019 epidemic in Pudong New Area, Shanghai

This paper summarized the main experience of maternal management during Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic in Pudong New Area, Shanghai in the first half of 2022, analyzed the problems existed and provided corresponding suggestions: Constructing maternal and child health(MCH) emergency prevention and control system during major public health events; Improving MCH management system integrating medical care and comprehensive management; Establishing fully functional, intelligent and efficient 'MCH hospital + Internet'health management system; Optimizing strategic human resource management structure matching the post-epidemic era; Building a popular scientific education system in line with the new media era and the actual needs of women and children; Promote the establishment and improvement of maternal mental health management system. Exploring new models and new ideas for MCH work, so as to ensure maternal and child health and safety during disease epidemic.
