Research progress on factors associated with and intervention measures of postpartum fatigue

  • Fatigue is a common health problem postpartum, which can cause adverse effects on postpartum quality of life and infant growth and development. Early screening of high-risk groups of postpartum fatigue and developing intervention measures are of great clinical importance to ensure maternal and infant health. This study reviews the definition, current situation, assessment methods, influencing factors and intervention measures of postpartum fatigue, in order to provide reference for improving clinical measures and the quality of postpartum fatigue management.
