Research progress in the etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion

The incidence of recurrent miscarriage recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) increasing has become a serious problem in the field of women’s reproductive health in recent years. From the perspective of etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion, this article focuses on the research progress on prethrombotic state, genetic factors, autoimmune diseases, endocrine factors and anatomical structure abnormalities, aiming to provide theoretical evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment, so as to improve pregnancy outcome and reduce the incidence of RSA.
