Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety, feasibility and application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial cancer. Methods Totally 86 patients with endometrial cancer who were admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical procedures. There were 43 cases in control group, which were treated by traditional laparotomy. There were 43 cases in observation group, which was given Laparoscopic surgery. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph nodes dissected, length of hospital stay, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time and catheter indwelling time in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group. Scores of international women's sexual function evaluation scale at 6 months after operation in observation group were significantly better than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery for endometrial cancer has significant therapeutic effect. The laparoscopic surgery has the characteristic ofsmall trauma and high safety. It can effectively protect the sexual function of patients and has high application value.
