Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of modified production process on natural labor. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,1260 low-risk pregnant women who delivered by vaginal voluntarily in Fu-tian women and children health hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into three groups randomly,420 cases in each group and they were conducted the production process management with 3cm,4cm and 6cm for the active starting point respectively, the application effect were compared among the three groups. Results On the first stage and the second stage labor time,6cm group was longer than that in 4cm group and in 3 cm group, and the difference were all statistically significant difference (P<0.05),there were no significant difference in the third stage among the three groups (P>0.05).There were no significant difference among the three groups in pregnant women transfer surgery, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia (P>0.05).6cm group was higher in postpartum hemorrhage than that in the other groups, and there were no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The modified production process which adopted 6cm as the active starting point can significantly reduce the use of sedative and oxytocin in the first production process, and this can improve maternal and infant outcomes effectively,it is worth of application.
