Influence of children's health management model on children's system management among children from 0 to 36 months

Objective To explore suitable health management model for children from 0~36 months in community, and in order to improve the management rate of children's system.Methods Children's health management mode was established and team management was implemented in one community in Shenzhen from January 2015. The situation of children health management among children with 0-36 months were compared between 2014 and 2015. Then, 150 children's parents who accepted health management were selected from 2014 and 2015 children health management system respectively, their satisfaction were collected and analyzed.Results Compared with 2014, community had higher number of children's health management, health management rate, number of system management and system management rate of children with 0-36 months in 2015, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Parents' satisfaction rate in 2015 was 92%, and in 2014 was 75.33%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health management service team for children with 0-36 months in community can improve the quality of management, the system management rate and residents' satisfaction, and improve children's health. This method is important for promoting the healthy growth of children, it is worthy to be promoted.
