Abstract
Objective To develope the reference intervals for D-dimer of different trimesters and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The D-dimer levels of 7810 pregnant women and 2250 non-pregnant women were tested by immunoturbidimetric using sysmex CS 5100 and analyzed. Result The reference intervals of D-dimer concentration were ≤ 1.27, ≤ 2.86, ≤ 5.45μg/m L in the first, second and third trimester, respectively. They were significantly higher than those of the control group (≤ 0.38μg/m L).Conclusion Development of the reference intervals of D-dimer is useful to evaluate the coagution and fibrinolysis function of pregnancy women and avoid unnecessary treatment. It has important clinical reference value.
