Research on pregnancy uterine artery blood flow parameters and pre-eclampsia among Trimester pregnancy

  • Objective To explore the relationship between uterine artery blood flow parameters of pregnant women and preeclampsia. Methods From January 2013 to November 2015,100 preeclampsia patients who were confirmed were selected as research group, and the group included 51 mild pre-eclampsia patients and 49 severe preeclampsia. At the same period,50 healthy pregnant women who gave birth were selected as control group.Doppler color ultrasound was used to detect patients pulsatility index (PI),uterine artery systolic and diastolic velocity ratio (S/D),resistance index (RI) of uterine artery blood flow parameters, and to carry out postpartum follow-up in order to understand uterine blood flow parameters to predict the effect of preeclampsia.Result Compared with control group, the indexes of pulsatility index (PI),uterine artery systolic and diastolic velocity ratio (S/D),resistance index (RI) of uterine artery blood flow parameters in research group pregnant with 22 to 24 weeks were higher, and research group pregnant with 11 to 14 weeks were lower, and the different were both statistically significant (P<0.05);these showed that when pregnant between 22 to 24 weeks, the size of the uterine artery blood flow were negative associated with body mass index of the newborn, the lower newborn body weight, the greater the resistance index, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);S/D and RI were negative associated with gestational age;the smaller the gestational age,the index more larger, and Apgar score were unrelated with the blood flow resistance index. Conclusion Uterine artery disease indicators can predict preeclampsia;this method has a good clinical value.
