Expression and significance of p62 in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To analysis the expression situation of p62 in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and in order to find the biological factor in diagnosis for cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods 67 cases of cervical invasive cancer,43 cases of high-grade intraepithelial lesions(II/III),33 cases of low grade intraepithelial lesions(CIN I) and 30 cases of healthy cervix were selected as the research subjects. The expression of p62 in samples was determined by immunohistochemistry method.Results P62 expression in invasive cervical carcinoma,CIN II/III,CIN I and healthy cervical samples were significantly different(P<0.05). Along with the increase of cervical lesions,the positive rate of p62 were continuously increased.Conclusion P62 expression in invasive cervical cancer,CIN II/III,CIN I and healthy cervical were different,and along with the increase of the disease,the expression will be increased. It suggesting that p62 can be used as a diagnosis biomarkers for cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial.
