Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of serum CA125, CA199, combined gynecological B ultrasound and gynecological MRI in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 83 patients with ovarian cancer and 107 patients with benign ovarian tumors were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity and specificity of different diagnostic methods were analyzed. Different diagnostic methods were comparatively analyzed in order to determine the accuracy of diagnostic methods. Results The serum levels of CA125 and CA199 in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group (P<0.05), and the CA125 concentration was higher than CA199. The diagnostic sensitivity of combined methods in ovarian cancer was higher than that of other groups, and the rate of missed diagnosis of combined method in ovarian cancer was significantly lower than other groups. The specificity of combined method was higher than single tumor markers and gynecological B ultrasound group, lower than single MRI group. The sensitivity and specificity of the combined method group were higher than other groups, and the diagnostic index and the accurate diagnostic index were higher than the other groups. Conclusion The combination of serum CA125 and CA199 with B ultrasound and MRI can improve the early diagnosis rate of ovarian cancer to a certain extent, which is worth to be further popularized in clinic.
