Study on the measures of reforming divisions in Jingning MCH Hospital

Within the framework of Guidance to the Standardized Construction and Management of MCH Service Organizations and The Guidelines for Setting up the Business Units of MCH Service Organizations, the divisional reform was conducted in Jingning Maternal and Children's Health (MCH) Hospital in Jan. 2016. After the reform, the original management modelwas reshaped and the new management model-"Four Departments" was implemented. After 2 years reform, the advantages of "Four Departments" management model were gradually displayed. The level of standard management was also continually promoted.
